4 sneaky ways to upgrade your home on the cheap
With spring sneaking up and inflation squeezing everyone, most of us are looking for easy, cost-conscious ways to upgrade our homes without spending a ton of money to create a luxury feel.

Here are some quick, easy home upgrades that won’t take away from your ‘fun’ budget.

    • Replace faucets and cabinet hardware. Estimated cost: $150-$400 for a kitchen faucet and $5-$25 per cabinet pull.

    • Upgrade your lighting. Estimated cost: $60-$400 per fixture (use #googlelens to find some real nice ones for less)

    • Swap builder-grade switch plates for decorative ones. Estimated cost: $5-25 per plate, depending on style.

    • Refresh rugs. Check out Ruggable, HomeSense, Ikea or your favourite antique/thrift shop. Estimated cost: $160+ for a 5×8 rug.

I’m a huge fan of making small changes that go a lonnnng way.

I know how it feels to weigh one upgrade vs another to give you the most bang for your buck (and aiming for the greatest return) .  So feel free to give me a call, text or DM me if you have questions about any projects you have in the works if you want a second opinion!
