Mike Kelly helped us find the perfect rental apartment in the Upper Beaches. He was attentive to what we needed, endlessly patient throughout our weeks of viewings, and remained dedicated to the process, helping seeing our offer through when he was just days from becoming a new dad. Where do we even begin? Mike was an incredible support to us as we navigated both selling our condo and purchasing our new home. With the condo market being so unpredictable, we were incredibly stressed about how long it might take to sell. But thanks to Mike's expertise and his connections with top-notch staging and photography professionals, we sold our condo in just two days! To top it off, it set a new record for the highest sale price for a unit of that size—completely surpassing our expectations. When it came to buying our new home, Mike was with us every step of the way. He never pressured us, giving us the freedom to focus on what truly mattered to us. Mike was an enormous help to us through a very difficult process in purchasing our dream home on Playter Estates (in East York).  He helped us feel comfortable and well informed and operated as a capable negotiator, convincing us to be aggressive even when we were feeling desperate. WOW, just wow is all I can say about Mike Kelly. Genuine, reliable, helpful and trustworthy are just a few adjectives that come to mind to describe our experience with Mike. If you're looking for a class act realtor, who is authentic then this is your guy. Never once did he pressure us into anything or come off as "just trying to close the deal." He was patient with us and truly wanted us to find the spot that was right for us. He was always available when we needed him and if we saw something we liked, he moved mountains to make it happen ASAP, which in this market is KEY. Every minute counts. He was so easy to talk to, gave his opinion and insight in a respectful manner thereby fostering immense trust and truly was just a great guy to be around. He got an offer accepted for us on the Canada Day long weekend- a testament to his work ethic and was so amazing with everything that followed. Bringing us boxes and tape of all sizes so we didn't have to add another "to do" to our list. Some adult beverages to celebrate with and even a housewarming present for our new backyard! Truly above and beyond. As if getting us a house in this market within our price range and before our rate hold expired wasn't enough, he also got our condo rented in less than 1 week! No stress, no worry about carrying two mortgages....he got it done ASAP and went above and beyond checking references and managing the entire process thereafter. Without Mike our stress levels would have been through the roof. He even connected us with our lawyer so we didn't have to go searching...this type of realtor is hard to come by. Thank-you to Mike!
